This really looks like spam, or like we’ve been hacked again, but really, it’s just a recommendation for a site that lets you create ringtones and send them to your phone for free (well, maybe not totally free, since the messages are delivered via SMS message, so your carrier might charge you for that).  Of course, they also collect your email address and cell phone number, so who knows what naughtiness they’ll get up to?
